This is a game of Metfone that based on sending SMS via mobile phone to buy a lot of valuable products with cheapest price. Customer can send many SMS to 6123 or call 6123 to bid for products from the auction. At the end of each auction period, the person possessing the unique and lowest price will be the winner and will buy the bid product with only 1Riel
With only , 1 riel, you may have a chance to own hightly valuable products as cell phone, Karaoke DVD Player, digial camera....
Time: program will be started from April 18th 2011.
Some terms in this game:
Bid price: unique and lowest
Unique: The price that was bid by least players during the auction. According to the illustration: the unique price is .5 riel .
Lowest: The lowest price was bid during the auction. According to the illustration: the lowest price is 1 riel .
Lowest and unique: is lowest price(in all unique price) at the time. In the picture, 3 riel is unique and lowest.
2 Riel and 5 Riel cases in the illustration are bid prices that are not unique and not lowest, then you should choose another price by sending SMS or Call to 6123 as soon as posible.
To be the winner: player must possess the "Unique and lowest" bid price at the end of auction period. In case the there are more than one players have the same"Unique and lowest" bid price, all these players are informed and invited to Metfone office to participate the lucky draw winner-finding.
User guide:
There are two ways to participate the Bidding game:
By sending Message (SMS):
1.Type B1 [SPACE] [BID PRICE] and send to 6123 to set your price for IPhone4 bid session.
Example: you choose the price for IPHone4 is 12345Riel, send "B1 12345" to 6123
2.Type B2 [SPACE] [BID PRICE] and send to 6123 to set your price for IPad2 bid session. Example: you choose the price for IPad2 is 12345Riel, send "B3 12345" to 6123
3.Type B3 [SPACE] [BID PRICE] and send to 6123 to set your price for Honda Scoopy bid session
Example: you choose the price for Honda Scoopy is 12345Riel, send "B3 12345" to 6123
By calling to 6123 and follow the instructions
Terms and Regulations
Audience participation:
All subscribers of Metfone, including Cell phone (097,088) and Methome (0xx6)
All staffs, employers, employees of Metfone, television holding the bidding Game, advertising partners, law consulting and advising partners, bidding products sponsors, and all relatives of these audiences are prohibited to participate. Or these objects can participate but are not recognized and accepted as winner
Scope of Application:
Cambodia territory nation wide
Conditions for participation:
Every customers of Metfone can choose many bid prices by sending SMS or Calling to 6123, however SMS anti-spamming terms of Metfone must be fullly complied.
All SMS that are categoried and classified as spam-SMS are considered invalid SMS on this bidding game
Note:
- For all SMSes lost by network error. Bidding game's organising party is fully free of responsibilities.
- Currency for the bidding game is Riel
- The bidding price must be Integer and greater than 0 Riel
Winner and Winning ceremony
Winning conditions:
At the end of each auction period, the person possessing the unique and lowest price will be the winner and will buy the bid product with only 1Riel
In case the there are more than one players have the same"Unique and lowest" bid price, all these players are informed and invited to Metfone office to participate the lucky draw winner-finding.
In case of participating via SMS, player should stored SMS as proof of victory when the organizers asked.
Winner annoucement and Winning ceremony:
Winner annoucement:
- Atfer the ending of action session, the winner will be informed by SMS and organising party will contact them for the processing and procedures to to receiving product
- Time: within 7 days (including weekend) from the date of annoucing the winner list, all the winner must complete all the procedure, certifications needed, including:
- Fully provide all personal information to Organiser:
+ Fullname
+ Valid ID number or passport number
+ Cell phone or Fixed phone
+ Contact address
+ How to receive product: (Dirrectly/ delegation or via delivery services)
Note:
In case of delegation of receiving product, the all above information of delegated person must be fully provided to Organiser
Form of awards:
The products are awarded by two forms:
- For the winners who live, study and work in Phnompenh: the winners will directly receive the winning products at the small ceremony (location will be determined by Organiser) in Phnom Penh.
- For the winners who live, study and work in other provinces: if the winners don't want to participate the winning ceremony, they will receive the products via delivery services
- Organiser is not responsible for any damages in cases such as information or procedures/certifications provided by the winner are late or lost or wrong.
- Organiser is not responsible for paying any costs arising from the winner's receipt of products (excluding delevery fee of sending products to the winners)
Responsibility of the winner:
The winner need to fully prepare the following documents:
- ID card, passport or Driver lisence (one original and one copy). For the winner that receive product via delivery services, one copy (have confirmation of government) of above documents is needed.
- Commit that he/she is the owner of the winning phone number in leter.
- Organiser does not bear any responsibility to any dispute relating to the winning phone numbers and its decision is the final one.
Winner information is public:
- Organiser will be free of charged to use images, voice and other personal information such as name, age, hometown, place of residence / temporary residence, occupation ... of the winners for the purpose of advertising, marketing, PR. Or winners may be asked to participate in award ceremony, television recoding, radio recording...
- Without any prior notice, Organiser consider information provided by players are not confidental and can be disclosed. Organiser has the right to copy, use or disclose these information to third parties without any limitation.
Other regulations:
- Organiser have the right to change the rules, terms and conditions of the bidding game, or ending the game after finishing the bidding session. All the changes will be inform on website http://bid.metfone.com.kh
- The winning product can not be converted to cash
- The winner must be reponsible for any related tax as regulated in Cambodia law
